Cottage “Le Chai”
The comfortable cottage of 110 m2 is independent and has a large, unfenced garden. It is from a stone outbuilding that it has been converted. It was formerly used in the farmhouse as a granary on the first floor and cellar on the ground floor where we kept as much as possible the exposed stone walls.
On the floor, the pieces of old framework under crawling ceiling testify of the age of the initial construction. Each of the two levels has an access of even foot outside with terrace. The entrance is through the bay window of the main terrace.
On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom opening onto the terrace and garden with a double bed 160×200 cm, a room for two children with two single bunk beds, a hall with library, the toilet, the room of water with a large shower, the washing machine and a dressing
On the ground floor is a large living area opening onto a fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven and extractor fan, a living room with TV, DVD player and a dining room. eat.A room with a double bed 140×200 cm.
A bay window gives access to the main terrace and garden with barbecue.
The terrace is sheltered from the sun by a wooden pergola.
It is absolutely necessary to try the chaise longue or the hammock in the shade of the oaks at nap time!
In the garden, children can play the swing on the porch.
